J&E Culinary Services was founded in March of 2006 by Eddie Moore and Gerald Dalton.  Both Culinary School Graduates and Certified Executive Chefs. 

Eddie has been a personal chef for several NBA athletes who play on the Chicago Bulls as well as the Milwaukee Bucks and also has provided personal chef services to North Shore executives.  He has cooked at some of the finest restaurants in Palm Beach and in 2006 came to Chicago to start J&E Culinary Services

Gerald has worked at several North Shore Institutions, most recently Wildfire in Lincolnshire.  Gerald brings to the company a strong work ethic and a passion for food and service.
